The user will be held civilly and criminally liable for any incidents that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions on their part.

The use of the services provided by CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L. that contravenes intellectual property legislation is prohibited, including but not limited to:

CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L. performs backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as the data in question may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in backups made by CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L., when such loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user.

Restoration of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L.

In accordance with the LSSI, CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

For users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications related to products or services from CAMBEC ONLINE, S.L. that are similar to those initially contracted by the customer.
