FAQs
Find answers to some of your questions, and if you have any more, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you :)
How do I know if your Online Masters are for me?
To find out if one of our Online Masters is for you, we recommend talking to one of our advisors. They know the most about the Masters programmes and will be able to give you personalised help: understanding your profile, answering your questions and always being honest. We will always tell you if there’s a possibility our school is not the best fit for you. Fill in this form and we will contact you within 1-2 working days.
Do I need previous qualifications/studies to study at LABASAD?
Not necessarily. At LABASAD we value your complete profile: that is, we take into account both your studies and your previous professional experience, whatever that may be. The most important thing for us is your CV / Portfolio / Projects; in short, your current skills. The Master’s Director will be the person who, in the end, will evaluate your application. You can send us your CV/Portfolio directly to [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you have official qualifications?
At LABASAD we offer private qualifications. The law In Spain requires any official degree issued to be taught by a faculty in which at least 80% of the professors hold a doctorate. In the creative field, there are very few professionals with a doctorate. At LABASAD, we chose to prioritise building a faculty made up of working professionals, who are in direct contact with the profession and the latest trends in the sector.
Are specific programmes/software required to take the Masters?
It depends on each Master’s programme. You can ask one of our advisors for more details or send an email to [email protected] to find out more. In addition, as a LABASAD student you have access to discounts on various programmes and software, such as Adobe Creative.
How many study hours does an Online Master require?
Study hours are usually between 12-15 hours per week, although it depends on your profile;any previous studies or previous experience you have will affect how much work there is to do. This means that, depending on your background and experience with the programmes, you will be able to dedicate more or less hours per week to your course. We are sure that your study hours will have lasting results.
Can I connect with other students at the school?
Our app, LABASAD LIFE, facilitates interaction with your classmates and other students from our school’s different Masters programmes, all from different countries around the world and with creative professions related to, for example, art direction, graphic design, product design, photography, illustration, interior design, and more! This app will allow you to meet all of them and get the networking you need, as well as share hobbies, interests and concerns.
What happens if I have problems with the campus platform, a deadline... What happens if I have doubts during my Masters?
You will be assigned an Academic Coordinator from our academic team who will be in charge of accompanying you and supporting your needs as a student for the duration of your Master’s course. You can contact them to help you in the event of any unforeseen problems or doubts that may arise.
What is the price of the LABASAD Online Masters?
To find out more details about the price, financing options and answer any questions you may have, you can contact one of our advisors by scheduling a phone or video call, or you can send us an email [email protected] and one of our advisors will contact you as soon as possible.
Do you offer grants or financial aid?
