OFFF, the International Festival of Art, Creativity, and Digital Design, returns to Barcelona from 8th to 10th May 2025 to celebrate its 25th edition in grand style. At LABASAD, we are thrilled to announce that we will be an Educational Sponsor alongside industry giants such as Adobe, Procreate, Houdini, and Maxon. This iconic event, expected to attract over 5,000 visitors from more than 85 countries, promises an immersive experience featuring some of the biggest names in the creative world.

As a 100% Online and Onlive design school, we connect students and expert, active professionals from across the globe in our virtual classrooms. OFFF 2025 is the perfect opportunity to meet in person and bring to life everything we have to offer to the design world and future creatives.

We will have an interactive stand, the LABASAD Creators’ Playground— a space designed to playfully explore the various creative disciplines taught at our school. To bring this to life, we are collaborating with Adrià Chalaux and Albert Moreau, co-directors of our Máster Online en Programación para Creativos, taught in Spanish, and co-founders of the Collserola studio, who are developing the programming and design of this interactive space.

But that’s not all. As part of the festival’s official programme, we will present an exclusive workshop, “Less Genius, More Human”, led by Marco Ontano, Creative Director and Director of the Online Master in Creative Direction at LABASAD.

To mark its 25th anniversary, OFFF Barcelona will bring together 70 speakers from the fields of creativity, design, visual arts, and digital culture worldwide. Over three days, attendees will be inspired by talks from industry leaders in entertainment and post-digital culture, including Anna Ginsburg, Boldtron, DixonBaxi, Ines Alpha, Marina Willer, Marshmallow Laser Feast, Niceaunties, Paul Trillo, and Territory Studio.

We are proud to highlight that Mat Voyce, an internationally renowned Type Designer & Animator and professor of LABASAD’s Online Master in Motion Graphics, will be one of this year’s 70 speakers. His work in kinetic typography has gained global acclaim, and his talk promises to be one of the festival’s most inspiring moments.

LABASAD will also take part in The Next of Us (NXT) project, an initiative dedicated to showcasing the next generation of emerging talent from Barcelona’s leading design schools. Alongside other top educational institutions, we will present the standout projects of three of our students, giving well-deserved visibility to the exceptional talent flourishing in our virtual classrooms.
